We accept selected pre-owned luxury pieces in excellent condition and guide them through a trusted selling process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience. All items are authenticated and carefully presented to buyers.

CONSIGNMENT SERVICE

Our consignment service makes selling luxury items effortless while ensuring trust, transparency, and maximum exposure.
Commission: 10% on items above QR 5,000, 15% on items below QR 5,000.

Authentication: Every item is carefully authenticated, with the authentication fee added on top of the listing price.
Item Commitment: Items must remain with us for at least 2 months. Early withdrawal incurs an early pull-out fee of QR 200 per bag, and the authentication fee will also be charged.
Presentation & Marketing: We handle product presentation, marketing, inquiries, and transactions, ensuring your item is showcased to our trusted luxury buyers.

SOURCING SERVICE

Every item sourced by My Shopping Fairy undergoes our strict authentication process before it reaches you, ensuring confidence in every purchase.

AUTHENTICATION SERVICE

At My Shopping Fairy, authenticity is our highest priority. Every item we offer undergoes a strict and meticulous authentication process to ensure it meets our highest standards.
To further strengthen our commitment to trust and transparency, we have partnered with Entrupy, a globally recognized authentication technology that uses artificial intelligence and microscopic imaging to verify luxury goods. This advanced technology allows us to analyze materials and craftsmanship with exceptional precision.
Each item is carefully inspected for brand-specific details such as stitching, hardware, materials, and serial information. Through our combined expertise and trusted authentication tools, we ensure that every piece offered by My Shopping Fairy is 100% authentic.
Our goal is to provide every client with complete confidence and peace of mind when buying or selling luxury items with us.
LAYAWAY SERVICE

Our layaway service allows clients to reserve their desired luxury piece and pay for it over time, making it easier to own the pieces you love.

Payment Terms:
Depending on the item’s value, we offer payment plans of up to 6 months, with the total cost divided into equal monthly installments.

A layaway fee applies, which varies based on the length of the plan selected.
Reservation & Delivery:
The item will be reserved exclusively for the client during the layaway period.
The bag will be released and shipped only once full payment has been received.

Important Policies:

  • No Cancellation: Once the layaway plan has been invoiced, it cannot be canceled.
    No Exchanges: Items under layaway cannot be exchanged for other products.
  • Missed Payments: If a scheduled payment is missed, we will contact you to discuss options. Prolonged non-payment may result in the layaway being closed, with fees applied as outlined at the time of agreement.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Layaway fees are non-refundable.
