By default, your order is shipped via Qatar Post or EMS, both celebrated for their reliability and careful handling.
For a faster, concierge-level delivery experience, you may opt for DHL or FedEx. Kindly inform us in advance if you choose these premium options, as they may involve slightly higher fees.

As a VERIFIED ENTRUPY business, a authentication services, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of trust and quality. Every item is thoroughly examined before shipment, so you can be certain of its authenticity.

HOW TO CONSIGN?

Please refer to the step by step guide on HOW TO CONSIGN your LUXURY items?

SUBMIT- Submit photos, other information like: brand, style, condition and inclusion.

QUOTE- If our team have agreed to take it, expect a consignment (buy out) quote within 1-2 days.

SEND IN- Send your items on our specified address and Consignment agreement must be signed.

AUTHENTICITY CHECK- All items accepted for consignment will go through an authenticity check thru ENTRUPY authentication.

SOLD- Once item is sold, you will be notified immediately. Funds will be transferred within 2-5 days. Pay out can be thru bank transfer or use as store credit.

CONSIGNMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

We deduct a 10% commission on every item consigned.

All items are authenticated thru ENTRUPY with no additional cost, however items must stay with MSF for a period of 2 months. Otherwise, in the event the consignor decide to pull out early, they will be charge an EARLY PULL OUT FEE of QAR 200.

We store all items with utmost care and in a safe and secured place. In the event that item consigned has been damaged, MSF will be liable and will compensate base on the severity of the damage.





By agreeing to consign your items, you declare that the items are your personal property in good condition and free of any liens or encumbrances. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the consignee from any related liabilities or claims. Finally, you certify that any item you consign is not stolen or illegally obtained.

HOW TO HAVE ITEMS AUTHENTICATED THRU ENTRUPY?

STEP BY STEP GUIDE IN HAVING YOUR ITEMS AUTHENTICATED THRU ENTRUPY

Before planning your visit, it is important to schedule an appointment to ensure availability. It is best to schedule at least one day in advance to make sure the appointment is confirmed. This can be done over the phone or online and takes just a few minutes.

Send in your luxury bags to My Shopping Fairy office. You can wait within 15-30 minutes maximum while we take photos of the bag from the entrupy device. Depending on the model and brand, the results may either be in a couple of minutes or within 24 hrs. 

Authentication results will be forwarded thru a link via whats app or messenger. The link will direct you the Entrupy website where you can always check and print the certificate anytime, anywhere.

ENTRUPY TERMS & CONDITONS:

Items purchased with My Shopping Fairy can be authenticated on a discounted amount of QAR 180 or the equivalent in Peso

Customers who opt for authentication service only with her personal item will be charge QAR 180 or the equivalent in Peso

Regardless of the result, the customer must pay the fee. This fee is non-refundable and covers the cost of the service provided       

Entrupy gives 2 kinds of results:

Authentic- Comes with Entrupy certificate and direct link to Entrupy website where you can download the certificate anytime.

UNIDENTIFIED- a standard term used by Entrupy to identify items which seems counterfeit as compared to the authentic items that Entrupy’s algorithm’s have been trained through a combination of machine learning, computer vision and microscopy to detect counterfeits. We have a sophisticated algorithm which allows us to detect subtle differences in the material and craftsmanship of an item in the same style and brand.

*UNIDENTIFIED RESULT has NO certificate from Entrupy. Screenshot of the result will be provided with the item photo and other information.

*Customer can request for a LETTER OF EVIDENCE for more detailed information regarding the result with an additional cost of $10 or the equivalent in QAR or PESO.
